Return & Refund Policy – Zenoir

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear or worn garments cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or item is to return your original product and place a new order.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
